In line with our mission to provide accessible, inclusive, and innovative solutions, Galena Scale Technologies Corporation is proud to officially soft launch the Undergrounds REE Review Center Mobile App — a powerful study companion designed for the next generation of Registered Electrical Engineers (REEs).

Developed in partnership with Engr. Clibourn E. Quiapo, founder of Undergrounds REE Review Center, this mobile platform brings together expertly crafted lectures, quizzes, mock exams, and smart tools to help takers of the April 2025 REE Licensure Exam prepare with confidence and clarity.

What’s Inside the App?

This mobile app is built to align with the latest PRC syllabus, integrating features that cater to both solo learners and enrolled review center students:

• Comprehensive lecture modules

• Practice quizzes and timed mock exams

• Progress tracking and study milestones

• Curated resources to reinforce mastery

With the soft launch, the app is now accessible to exam takers of the upcoming April 2025 REE Board Exam, who will receive early access through an exclusive invite link shared during today’s live launch event at 4PM.

Fill up the form to gain exclusive access to a FREE MOCK BOARD EXAM Review using the Undergrounds REE Review Mobile App! After submitting the form, you will be sent an invitation link to join the Closed Testing Google Group. Accept the invite and access the download link to install the app from Google Play Store directly. Once installed, sign up for a new account using the same Gmail address you got the invite with. Login with your new account and wait for the Mock Board Exams to pop up based on schedule.
